About AYL
Awakening Your Light was started for the promotion and spread of self-love. As part of our conditioning, we have been taught to constantly improve ourselves, which many times surfaces as self-hate. We love what is good and if we need to improve ourselves so much, we can’t be good, right?
The whole purpose of AYL is to create a dialogue about how beautiful each and every one of us are. If you are reading this, you are a beautiful being. I don’t care what you’ve done, where you live or what you have. You are beautiful. You are gorgeous. The world needs YOU!
Now there’s something I’d like you to do if you’re reading this. Right now, I want you to think of three things about you that you are so proud of. Think of it and really relish in it.
Hey! I’m Keyara Fleece and I absolutely love connecting with other people and sharing my thoughts and opinions. Blogging is a natural extension of myself and my purpose in life. My goal in writing for and awakening discussion and community on AYL is to add to the lives of others. (It’s kinda selfish because I love every moment of it!) Self-love is something I struggled with in the past…I’ve been lucky enough to see in my life the direct power of the effects of changing ones perception of the world and oneself.
